This is a personal coaching session for forty-five minutes offered via Zoom focusing on a topic of choice, such as, positive intelligence, emotional intelligence, presence, relationships, change and transformation, conflict management, challenges, burnout, managing overwhelm and stress, engagement, and personal and professional fulfillment and satisfaction.

No topic of importance can be thoroughly addressed in just one session; these single sessions are designed to be flexible and accommodating but clients are encouraged to invest in a package to enable them to work on the issues exhaustively and collectively for optimum results.
